Frequently Asked Questions

All shipments are made using Royal Mail. In order for us to keep the prices low, we use the 2nd class service. Usually, items will take 2-3 working arrive at the UK, outer areas may take a little longer. EU and International orders may take between 7 and 10 working days.

If your shipment does not arrive, you can contact us via the form on this page and we will look into what has happened. Alternatively, you can follow this link to Royal Mail for further information and claim for the lost item.

Orders are usually shipped the next day. If you discover that you made an error when ordering, you would need to contact us as soon as possible, before the item is shipped. if caught in time, before going to print. the order details can be changed. If it is discovered after this timeand the item has been printed and shipped, it is not able to be returned.

Sometimes when we print your item, if we think there may be an error made, we will contact you for confirmation of spelling etc

Unfortunately, as all items are printed to order and personalied, we are not able to accept returns if the item is no longer wanted as the item is then dead and not resellable.

If you wish to cancel an order, you would need to contact us as soon as possible before the items go to print.

You will be issued a conformation of order when the order has been placed and the cancellation would be required within 24 hours from that point.
